How can I order a good luck horseshoe?
We have made the ordering process as easy as possible:
- Choose a good luck horseshoe;
- Choose a cushion color;
- Enter your desired text for us to engrave into the horseshoe for you;
- Indicate whether you want to order a standard horseshoe or not;
- Choose the language of the enclosed booklet Good luck;
- Write a personal text that we will print on the greeting card for you;
- Add your order to your shopping cart;
- Enter your shipping information;
- Complete your order by checking out.
How should i specify an engraving?
It depends a bit on the product you want to order. Each product clearly states what you can engrave. At the input field it says how many characters you can have engraved (1st line 18 characters, 2nd line 15 characters, Note! the spaces also count).
Double rings
Do you want double rings? Then on the order form, in the engraving box between the names, put two monkey bars: @@.
Heart
Would you like to have a heart engraved? That looks beautiful between two names. Then indicate ## (two hashes) in the appropriate place in the engraving box.

What is the delivery time?
If you order before 3 p.m. (! Dutch time), we will ship it the same business day (Monday through Friday). The delivery time depends on the country. For more information, please visit our shipping & returns page.
Is there a warranty on my order?
If there's something wrong with the product, or it's not what you expected, let us know at [email protected]. Then we'll fix it together!
Are there discount schemes for ordering multiple products at the same time?

Do all horseshoes have the same dimensions and shapes?
The good luck horseshoes that we sell are used by horses, otherwise they don't bring good luck. Horseshoes are tailor-made for every horse. Therefore no horseshoe is the same. Moreover, the irons have been uses intensively. Scratches and wear spots are therefore standard. The average size is approximately 12 x 14 cm (4,72 inch x 5,51 inch), the weight is on average 350 - 550 grams.
