Shipping & returns

 

Delivery Time

We ship on Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm (Dutch time) will be shipped the same business day, orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the next business day. On Saturday, Sunday and Holidays we are closed, you can still order and your order will be shipped the next business day.

 

Shipping Zones

To ensure that we can offer the best possible shipping rates and delivery times to our customers, we work with a zone-based shipping system. This means that the cost and delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping zone to which your destination belongs. Below you will find an overview of our shipping zones and the corresponding rates:

Zone 1: Holland

  • Shipping Cost: € 6,95
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipped by: DHL, PostNL

Zone 2: Belgium, Germany, France

  • Shipping Cost: € 9,95
  • Delivery Time: 1-5 working days
  • Shipped by: DHL, PostNL, DPD

Zone 3: Denmark, England, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment, providing you with real-time updates on the delivery status. We ensure that our customers are kept informed and have complete visibility over their orders, allowing for peace of mind throughout the shipping process.

 

Return Information

Right of Withdrawal/Return:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it (see the steps below). You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the product. From the moment you notify us of the return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to Good Luck Horseshoes.

The cost of returning your order is at your expense. We will credit the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

 

! Important

If you wish to return a product or the entire order, this is, of course, no problem. However, please make sure to handle the product and its packaging carefully. The basic principle is that you may only inspect the product to the extent that you would be able to do so in a physical store. Naturally, we cannot resell used items. Returns will be assessed upon receipt by Good Luck Horseshoes, and if it is determined that the product has decreased in value, this depreciation will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. This is at the discretion of Good Luck Horseshoes. You will, of course, receive written notification of this.

 

Return Procedure

If you have created an account:

  1. Log in and go to "My Account";
  2. Then go to "My Orders";
  3. Click on "View";
  4. At the bottom of the page, you will see "Return Items". Click on this;
  5. Select the number of products you wish to return;
  6. Indicate the reason for the return, the return action, and provide a brief comment. We use your information to make improvements and better understand your return;
  7. Click "Submit" at the bottom;
  8. After receiving your return request, you will receive further information from us.

 

If you have not created an account:

  1. Please send an email to our customer service with your return request.
  2. In your email, please include the following information:
  • Your first and last name;
  • Your order number, which can be found on your invoice and starts with ORD;
  • A message explaining why you want to return the item. We use your information to improve our services and better understand your return;
  • Your phone number;
  • Your bank account number along with the name of the account holder to whom we should refund the amount.

After receiving your return request, you will receive further information from us.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to cancel the purchase within 14 days.

 

Refund:

We aim to refund the purchase amount, including any shipping costs paid by you (only when returning the entire order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed for partial returns), within 3 working days after receipt and approval of the returned item. . If this is not possible for whatever reason, you can assume that the amount will in any case be refunded within 14 days following the day on which you report the cancellation (provided that the product has been received by us in good order). . The refund will be made in the same way as you paid for the order.
